Booking terms and conditions: How to proceed with booking request on our web site: Step 1. Choosing a hotel If you want to make a reservation, the first thing to do is to view hotel descriptions and choose appropriate option. It can be done from the list where the hotels are grouped according to the category (left menu - Hotels in St Petersburg). To see our rates for the hotels you should use our search engine at the each right side of page top. This is the form that also will help you to find a hotel that suits your budget. In this form you can specify exact hotel or select "All Hotels", estimate your arrival date, number of nights and your budget frames together with preferable currency. If you need an extra bed for accommodation please tick off. As a result of your request you will get the list of hotels/room categories, which meet those requirements indicated in the request. Step 2. Choosing an option Now you see the list of options corresponding to your request with our special discounted rates. If you want to see the hotel description, press the link with the name of the hotel. To send the reservation request you must be on the page with search results and offered rates. Just select proper option and press the "Book" button next to the room category you have decided on. Step 3. Your basket Now you are in "My basket/Current orders" section where you can put together all requests and see their details. If you need more than one room of the selected category please enter corresponding number in the "Quantity" column and push "Ok" button. The total amount due will be re-calculated according to the entered data. In this section you can manage your requests by deleting some/all of them and recounting the amount to another currency. After you are sure that all fields are filled in correctly you can proceed to the registration. Step 4. Registration As we keep track of all previously made requests, our registered customers receive additional discounts when making further orders (for more details, please, contact our sales department). Besides, once registered you do not need to fill in your personal data each time when you make next orders to Monomax TG. According to the above: - if you are a first time visitor, please, fill in Contact information, guest information etc. After submitting the forms please check your e-mail. In our letter you find the identification number (unique personal password). This mix of figures and letters must be used only together with the e-mail address which you indicated in the Contact information form. In our customers section ("Log in" link) you can keep track of your order status and after getting confirmation make the payments. - if you have previously made orders on our site and already have personal identification number, please, use it by clicking "Log in". After logging in you must submit guest(s) information only. Step 5. Reservation Submission Upon receiving your on-line reservation request, Monomax TG will begin the process of reserving your accommodations at discounted rates. You will immediately receive an email response from Monomax TG, containing an ID number for your records. This initial email will include further instructions and information necessary to finalize your reservation through our special discounted service.
Booking terms:
In order for Monomax TG to supply its customers with discounted rates, all reservation requests are processed by Monomax TG with the hotel on an individual basis. We will inform you of your room availability within 48 hours (or less) during working week. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will provide alternative choices and will assist you in finding accommodation in any way possible. You can check the status of your reservation through the customer service section of Monomax TG website (“Log in”) using your e-mail and ID number. Payment terms: To guarantee your hotel reservation, we require a pre-payment of your first night stay. This pre-payment must be made no less than 48 hours prior to your arrival. Otherwise, Monomax TG will be forced to cancel your reservation. With all hotels, in order to secure your discounted rates, Monomax TG pays for your stay prior to your arrival. Therefore, rest of the room payment must be made to Monomax TG anytime before departure at your convenience. In-person payment can be made either by cash or credit card. You will immediately get a receipt for the total amount from Monomax TG representative. To make an appointment we kindly ask you to contact Monomax TG office upon arrival by the following phone numbers: +7 812 430 0803 or +7 812 335 2057, working hours 10 am - 6 pm (+3 GMT - Moscow time). If you choose to make pre-payment in full, you will pay for the whole period of stay. We try to avoid any refunds/charges back to our customers. Please, be sure that you know our cancellation terms before you make payment. To save your time we would recommend you to make 100% pre-payment for accommodation prior to your arrival !!! - Simply click on the Payment form link, which will appear on your online account page after your reservation status has been changed to "Checked/Not paid". You can choose whether to make a pre-payment or payment in full.
After you select pertinent amount of payment you will see the following payment methods which are available for our customers:
Online credit card payment via Assist (Security terms) In case of proceeding to on-line credit card payment, you are redirected automatically to the web site of Electronic Payment System ASSIST (www.assist.ru). ASSIST is secured by using of SSL technology, which ensures confidential data transfer from the client to ASSIST server for further processing. Next information move is done through protected banking networks with highest security level. Confidential data (c/c details, registration info, etc.) retrieval and processing is made at ASSIST processing center but not on the internet-shop web site. This guarantees that "www.2russia.com" internet-shop cannot get access to your personal and billing details, including those concerning your on-line purchases done at other internet-shops. After you choose payment with credit card option simply follow the further steps which will appear on https://secure.assist.ru/ web server: fill in the necessary personal and billing information, and Assist will process your Monomax TG payment. ONLY Visa and EuroCard/MasterCard are accepted! Money refund to the card holder is carried out according to the credit card payment system terms and conditions. Agreement of Payment The Agreement of Payment is a standard document in which you supply your billing and credit card information, and sign, authorizing the amount listed. The Agreement of Payment must then be faxed back or send electronically by e-mail to Monomax TG for processing (Monomax TG fax number: +7 812 335 2039). Your credit card will be charged according to the previously made choice - one night stay pre-payment or payment in full. To avoid any money refunds your credit card will be charged in full amount for accommodation only after your arrival to the hotel. In case of "no show" or late cancellation of the ordered accommodation Monomax TG will charge 1 night accommodation cost only, which is penalty fee for your non-arrival or late cancellation. You will receive a receipt from Monomax TG upon your arrival. We recommend you to make a copy of the signed Agreement of Payment for your records. Direct payment (Bank transfer) Direct payments, used mainly by commercial clients, can be made using the Monomax TG subsidiary, Moreno International Services, Inc. You must simply remit direct payment of the amount indicated to the account supplied on the direct payment form (invoice). A standard banking fee must be paid by the customer. WARNING! Apply to Monomax TG for reimbursement in case of improper/not rendered services. Do not pay for accommodation unless the availability of your bookings is confirmed by Monomax TG manager.
Cancellation terms:
1. Should you need to cancel this reservation, you must notify Monomax TG no less than 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. 2. If you fail to cancel your reservation before the 72 hour period, or if you fail to check in on the first day of your reservation, the pre-payment of 1 night stay only will become a cancellation fee. The rest of pre-payment will be returned to the customer. To avoid this situation please keep us informed about your travel schedule.
Refund terms:
1. If you should choose to cancel your reservation before 72 hours penalty period, and visa support was not provided to you, but you have already made your pre-payment or paid the whole sum of accommodation, the pre-paid amount will be refunded in full net of bank charges within 5 working days after receiving your written cancellation-letter by e-mail. 2. If you should choose to cancel your reservation before 72 hours penalty period your visa support documents were sent, and you have already made the pre-payment or paid the whole sum of accommodation, the pre-paid amount will be refunded in full net of bank charges AND EUR 30 (or USD 40) within 5 working days after receiving of your written cancellation by e-mail. The amount of EUR 30 (or USD 40) is the processing fee, which is charged in case as above, even if you didn’t succeed in getting your Russian entry visa. 3. If we receive your cancellation-letter less than 72 hours (3 days before your check-in time, generally 12:00 noon Moscow time +3 GMT) the following penalty fee is applied: - if you have paid the 1st night pre-payment or paid the whole sum of accommodation and didn’t render visa support service from our web-site, we keep the 1st night pre-payment as a penalty fee. The rest of the pre-paid amount is refunded. - if you have paid the 1st night pre-payment or paid the whole sum of accommodation and rendered visa support service from our web-site, we keep the 1st night pre-payment as a penalty fee and you are charged with EUR 30 (or USD 40) as processing fee. The rest of the pre-paid amount is refunded.
Charge-back terms:
By using our services through the web-site www.2russia.com you agree with following terms: - the fact of rendering services (hotel room-booking) is considered the fact of your check-in at the hotel. - claims concerned your preschedule check-out from booked hotel, the quality of accommodation, and hotel’s services are not the reasons for the charge-back. You are always welcome to clarify with us all accommodation details, ask for any hotel and room pictures and other necessary information in advance. - Monomax Travel Group guarantee accommodation according to the guest’s request: hotel, room category and dates of the accommodations. - any changes come into effect only after official written confirmation of Monomax TG.
