Oktiabrskaya Rooms

The Oktiabrskaya hotel offers to its guests good and comfortable accommodation - modest, but clean rooms featuring direct-dial telephone, satellite television and all other amenities corresponding to European 3 star category. The main building of the hotel ("Oktiabrsky" and "Nevsky" blocks) has in total 551 rooms and suites - 240 single rooms, 200 twin/double rooms, 14 triple rooms, 87 junior suites, 6 suites, 4 apartments. The difference between these blocks is in the following:
- Oktiabrsky block (overlook Ligovsky Prospect or inner yard) - the rooms were completely renovated according to the European standards with new furniture and modern amenities. All rooms in Oktiabrsky block are NON SMOKING only!
- Nevsky block (overlook Victory Square or inner yard) - the rooms were refurbished in 2001 and are the most cheapest between tree blocks.

Each room has a completely renovated bathroom (with bathtub and shower), direct-dial telephone, TV (international and Russian satellite channels), fridge or mini-bar. Some of the hotel rooms give truly magnificent city views. Quiet and peace, comfortable furniture, cosy halls dispose to either fruitful work or good rest.

Single rooms. Room area - 18 m². Rooms are equipped with one single bed.

Junior suites. Room area - 30 m². Rooms consist on two premises - the sleeping room is equipped with two single beds or one king sized bed, the living room is equipped with the sofa and armchairs.

Suites. Room area - 38 m². Rooms consist on two premises - the sleeping room is equipped with one king sized bed, the living room is equipped with the table, chairs, sofa and armchairs.

Apartments. Room area - 80 m². Rooms consist on three premises and all rooms overlook Ligovsky prospect or Victory square. The sleeping room is equipped with two single beds or one king sized bed. The living room is equipped with the sofa and armchairs. The dining room is equipped with the table and chairs. There is a bathroom with bathtub & shower and bidet, two toilet rooms. In addition to the standard room amenities, you can use iron, tea/coffee making facilities and hair dryer.

Ligovsky block - affiliated branch located on Ligovsky prospect opposite Moscovsky railway terminal. The rooms are the same as in the main building but with smaller area.
There are 48 single, 51 twin, 4 triple standard rooms (about 12 m²) and 8 suites (26 m²). Rooms are equipped with one or two single beds (standard) and King siz beds (suites). Each room has a bathroom with bathtub & shower, direct-dial telephone, TV (international and Russian satellite channels), fridge.
